Almond – Coconut Bread

A tasty gluten-free bread is always a struggle, you need to test a lot with different flours but I found again a nice and tasty structure.. So I think you will love this recipe. It is a soft bread, and it also stays nice and soft! I had this bread tasted by different people with no-food allergies, and I didn’t tell it was gluten- and dairy free, and they all loved it and couldn’t believe this was a gluten free bread!

  • 2 Cups Almondflour
  • 4-5 Eggs
  • 2 Full tablespoons coconutflour
  • 2 Tablespoons coconut palm sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon melted coconut oil
  • 1 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Little teaspoon keltic seasalt
  • **2 2 Tablespoons Lactose-free milk ( You are using this with the baking soda !)
  • 1 Teaspoon Bakingsoda
  1. Preheat your oven to 175 degrees celsius.
  2. Get a little bowl and put hierin your 2 tablespoons lactose-free milk en heat this in the microwave for a minute.
  3. When your milk is nice and warm, then add your teaspoon of baking soda, stir this until it is one mix. Get a big mixing bowl and put all your dry ingredients in this, and mix this together.
  4. Then grab your little bowl with the baking soda mixture and add this to the dry ingredients
  5. Add then all the other ingredients and add them in your mix, and knead this until you have a nice dough.
  6. Spray a bread form with an nonstick cooking spray, and put your dough in this.
  7. Bake your bread in your preheated oven in 30 minutes.
